Our Teachers

Janine Cade

Creator, owner and teacher at Soul Seeker Yoga. I'm passionate about yoga and love to share that with anyone who's interested. I feel truly grateful every time I'm in front of a class - it's a constant source of inspiration to watch clients flourish in their yoga practise and there's never a class that doesn't fly by!

Yoga came to me as a teenager when I first began experiencing the numinous in the Universe, my passion for the inner journey has been with me ever since. I've been a constant student of life, curious about human motivations and seeking to understand myself as fully as possible. In my 20's I had my first experience of postural (physical) yoga when Ashtanga Vinyasa was was quickly becoming popular in London and I loved it. My physical practice followed the ebb and flow of life but then became very devoted and soon after that I knew my dharma was to teach.

Valentina Lambiase

Teacher With a background of 20 years as a dancer, my interest for the many abilities of the body and mind had always been very present. Yoga came into my life at the most perfect time. My journey of deep self discovery had just started and intuitively I felt like searching for a yoga class to go to - Kundalini yoga was the choice -  not really knowing what I was putting myself into but trusting. Practicing on the mat quickly became part of my weekly routine and with that something very deep inside of me and around me started to change. A sense of inner and outer awareness that not only shifted my inner landscape but also started to shape my surroundings in a different way.

Becoming a teacher has been a process of trust and deep reverence. My classes have a strong focus in strengthening our center (core), our connection to the breath and our attitude towards what we experience on and off the mat.

Caoimhe Keohne

Teacher In Gaelic, anam means “ breath or soul.” This word has ancient roots, tied to the belief that our soul, breath, and life force are deeply interconnected. For me, the word anam represents the wild soul within each of us, the wisdom that calls us back to ourselves and to the natural world.

Growing up along the western shores of Ireland, I was shaped by the wild landscapes, ancient stories, stones and rhythms of the seasons. Then when living in Melbourne, I found yoga and it profoundly changed my life. I started studying yoga and within a few years I was teaching it whilst working in environmental advocacy, a combination of the internal and external work to heal the earth and our relationship with it.

During our yoga practice together, we’ll move with mindfulness and intention, weaving breath, mythology and the wisdom of the earth’s rhythm and seasons into practice.

Cover Teacher Yoga has always been in my life. It was something that was practiced on a mat, and off a mat in our house when I was growing up and it remains so to this day. While my physical practice remained relatively constant and I explored various styles of yoga, I came to deepen my practice and embark on my journey to teaching yoga through the British Wheel of Yoga. I love to learn and firmly believe we are all eternally students. I'm passionate about every aspect of yoga and the immense benefits it can bring to us in every way, physically and emotionally.

Yoga is not about the perfect pose, it's about keeping your heart open, uniting the mind, the body and the soul. In my classes I aim to cultivate an environment where we'll work hard to access that union, practicing with warmth, compassion and kindness. During our time on the mat together we will weave our way through some lovely flows, explore pranayama and meditation and often visit a little bit of myth along the way!
